New Solenoid Manifold Simplifies Operations in Sterilizers and Autoclaves
Sterilizers and Autoclaves use solenoid valves to control the flow of fuids and gases, provide quick and relaible switching. By replacing multiple valve bodies and fittings with a machined manifold valve system, it will greatly reduce the space and complexity of the components.
Replacing multiple valve bodies with a single precision-machined manifold will:
• Save space & cost in multi-valve applications.
• Reduce leak points
• Provide a convenient “Plug & Play” system
• Eliminate need for redundant piping and fittings
• Reduce labor costs

Manifold with 7 Series Solenoid Valves
The solenoid valve manifiold shown here has an Anodized Aluminum Body with stainless steelinternal parts – compatible with common media including air, inert gases, hydraulic fluids, petroleum products, in a 2-way normally closed configuration. The 7 series solenoid valves are direct acting solenoid valve series is available in 2-way and 3-way designs, and features 1.25" x 1.63" and manifold mount body types machined from aluminum, brass or stainless steel with 1/8" or 1/4" NPT ports and orifice sizes from .047" to .250" with a standard 11 watt coil that can operate on either AC or DC service. The 7 series is available with both spade and lead connections.
These types of manifolds have been effective used to improve the operation and consistance of medical equipment like sterilizers.
