High-Flow Cooling Valves for Liquid Cooling Systems

High-Flow Cooling Valves
When you’re moving large volumes of coolant in tight spaces, you need valves that deliver serious flow without eating up real estate or adding leak points. Our 2 Series solenoid valves and custom aluminum manifolds are built exactly for that job.
The 2 Series is our largest-capacity direct-acting solenoid valve family. With a 2-inch body, 1/4" and 3/8" NPT ports, and orifice sizes up to 0.313", these valves provide the high flow rates required in liquid cooling loops while staying compact enough for CDUs, rack manifolds, and server trays. They handle the three media you actually use in data center cooling:
  • Water
  • Water-glycol mixtures
  • Dielectric coolants
Standard aluminum bodies (with stainless steel internals) give you excellent thermal performance and corrosion resistance without the weight penalty of brass. The powerful 17-watt coil ensures strong, consistent actuation even in high-pressure applications.Port Size vs. Typical Cv in Cooling Applications

Why OEMs pair the 2 Series with our aluminum manifold
Instead of plumbing together a dozen individual valves, many customers choose our custom aluminum manifolds. One compact block replaces multiple valves, fittings, and hoses. The results are exactly what you’d expect:
  • Fewer leak or failure points
  • Significantly smaller footprint inside the CDU, rack manifold, or server tray
  • Faster assembly and lower overall system cost
Whether you need simple isolation on a rack manifold, emergency shutoff at the server level, or multi-valve flow distribution inside a Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU), we can configure the 2 Series valves and manifold to your exact Cv, voltage, port configuration, and mounting requirements. We prototype fast and work directly with your mechanical and thermal engineers — no distributors, no minimums on prototypes, and no one-size-fits-all catalog parts.
